Ever since WordPress 3.0 came out, I could not wait to make the switch. I’ve been using WordPress as the open source platform for customization and development for web design / development work I do for clients. I get paid to customize WordPress.
Since WordPress 3.0 came out, I have found that more and more will I be enjoying using WordPress to serve clients. I was always keen on using WordPress instead of Joomla, Drupal, or other CMS open software out there because I believed that WordPress was the most simple platform (backend-wise) for my clients to use once I had over their website. I also believed that you could do anything with WordPress if you read enough forums and rummage through enough wordpress codex pages.
I just thought that it was right to dedicate one blog post to commend WordPress 3.0. The several new features, which I will not discuss here, that have been added to WordPress 3.0 have given it the extra oomph it needed to make that leap from a Blog to a Dynamic and Flexible CMS.
I have utilized WordPress 3.0 for this website (www.kman.me)… and I am waiting for the chance to use WP 3.0 for my future projects for clients.
Hmmm..maybe I should use WordPress 3.0 for my blog..
